Private and Controlled Communication:
CommissionSync allows listing agents to share commission details directly with specific buyer's agents who request it, rather than broadcasting this information to everyone. This means that the process is private and controlled, not public, which aligns with the new NAR rules that aim to keep compensation information more secure and less widely accessible.
No Use of MLS Data: CommissionSync doesn’t rely on or use data from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). All the information in our system is provided directly by agents, keeping us separate from the MLS and in line with the rules that prevent non-MLS platforms from using MLS data feeds for compensation offers.
No Public Aggregation: CommissionSync doesn’t gather and display commission information in a way that everyone can see or compare. The system is designed to avoid creating a big, public database of commission offers, which is something the NAR rules are specifically trying to prevent.
