We provide autofilled agreements as guides; however, these agreements are not enforced by us. It is the responsibility of the seller's agent to ensure that any changes to the agreements are communicated to the interested parties. Compliance with local regulations and guidelines is required, and users should consult their local compliance rules.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

Promotional Pricing: For promotional pricing plans such as Lifetime Membership or Unlimited Agent Plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, including weekends and holidays. Refund requests must be submitted at www.commissionsync.com/support within this period.

Monthly and Annual Plans: Monthly and annual subscriptions are on a cancel-anytime basis, with a non-refundable setup fee. We do not prorate refunds for canceled subscriptions.

User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date and for the accuracy of the data they input into the system.

3. System Usage

Listings Management: Users can add, update, and deactivate listings through our platform. It is crucial to ensure that the local listing ID and other details are accurate. CommissionSync allows users to specify commission terms, which can be either a flat rate or a percentage.

Agreements: The agreements generated by our system are intended as guides. It is the seller's agent's responsibility to enforce these agreements and communicate any changes to the buyer's agents or other involved parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

CommissionSync is not responsible for the enforcement of the agreements generated by the platform. Users must ensure compliance with their local laws and regulations. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

User Responsibility:

If a member is found to be using CommissionSync in a manner that could potentially violate NAR rules or any other regulatory requirements, CommissionSync will not be held responsible for such actions. We reserve the right to remove any user from our platform at any time, without prior notification or explanation. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, without notice or explanation.
